Fast and reliable. Even though they said it might be a couple days to get to my repair, they were able to fit me in the same day. It took them about 20 minutes to change out a couple springs. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and I’m really happy I went with them. Highly recommended.

I have got to say hands down that Parks garage doors blew it out of the park!!! I called Friday morning for a bid to fix our garage door. They were out that afternoon for the bid which I thought was amazingly fast but what was even faster was the 2 guys that came out the next day and had our garage door working perfectly!! I absolutely love how fast, efficient and friendly everyone we talked to and worked with were. I would strongly recommend these guys!!!
Garage door spring snapped – guessing from the very cold weather. They were the only garage service open on Sunday, came out same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price.
Personally, I’ve never had a garage door installed by or dealt with, in a professional setting, Parks Garage doors. That said, the interactions I’ve had with their crew, and owner, have never given me the impression that they are anything but consummate professionals. I have talked to customers of theirs that have had nothing but fine things to say about their character as a business. I would have no reservations hiring Parks Garage Doors to install, service, etc any and all of my overhead door needs; and I’m picky.
When the negative temperatures came to our area, many things happened to various arias of our house & cars. Our overhead door spring broke. After many calls to various companies, Parks Garage Door answered the call & arrive the next morning. The technician arrived and had the repair done quickly. So glad we called them!
I bought three garage doors for new construction. I believe it was six weeks out they gave me a date for install. They were there on that very day! They weren’t quite able to finish the install that day, and said they would be back the following Monday, and guess what… They were there and finished up. Very nice product… Very nice work… Very courteous and knowledgeable workers. Thank you!
